Mexican Feast Wahaca Style

Mexican Feast Wahaca Style

As you have probably already realised I love eating out so when I was away with work in London a couple of weeks ago I was excited to try somewhere different. Unfortunately at the last minute the colleague I was meant to be travelling with had to drop out so I had to head to London on my own. I was now in need of somewhere I would feel comfortable eating on my own, I couldn’t decide what to do so went for a wonder.

I don’t particularly like my own company and if I’m honest I really dislike being on my own so wasn’t really keen on dining alone. Luckily I soon came across Wahacas, which seemed an easy choice. Within minutes of walking in I knew it was the right choice, the staff were really friendly and very accommodating, offering me a table in the corner on my own.

It had been a long day and I hadn’t eaten much through the day so I was starving, I ordered a green juice to keep me occupied whilst I decided what to eat. I went with the slow cooked pork burrito which was lovely, it did have a bit of a kick to it, so I did order a side of sour cream; seeing as I was so hungry I also ordered a side of sweet potato, I do LOVE sweet potato.

I had a pretty big day at work planned for the next day so it was only right that I had a dessert. Seeing as the churros and chocolate sauce on the table next to me looked so good it was an easy choice.

That was it I was fed, watered and ready to explode so it was time to walk to my hotel. Wahacas was the perfect dinner choice, especially as I was on my own. The service was fantastic, all the staff were really friendly and food lovely- definitely worth a trip!
