There is nothing better than fresh British strawberries at the height of the season, especially when you have picked them yourself. I love them just as they are; my other half likes to spoil them with a sprinkling of sugar and cream. The weather this morning wasn’t great but as soon as the sun came out I knew I wanted a trip to Clive’s Fruit Farm, so we could pick some strawberries, even though I was covered in paint after a morning of decorating. Clive’s is a great local farm shop in Upton Upon Severn with a lovely café and shop selling an abundance of local produce, including their lovely bottled apple juice.
